August 20-22, 2010 was our Annual Whitsett weekend to run the Waterfront for the camp. This was a great event and you got TONS of service hours!

Attached is the latest Update on the OA Section W4N Conclave. Arrowmen of all ages from all over are welocmed to experience great fellowship and tons of fun, The cost is $35 for New Ordeal Members. Register online at sectionw4n.org

Both Saturday and Sunday at Hart Park we have authentic Native Americans performing their Dances, showing their regalia and selling to the public. This event comes once a year and is expected to bring 10,000 visitors to the area. YOU need to see this event, as well as your family. There is no charge for entrance, but a $5 cost parking fee.

Congratulations New OA Brothers! You all did brilliant at the Ordeal and now you have an opportunity to further your role as a leader in your troop. Set the example by encouraging others to go camping in your troop. Also, think about this...you can further your leadership skills with the OA. Come to our monthly meetings, find out what interests you like: Chapter/Lodge events (Section Conclave, OA Indian Dancing, Summercamps, Service Awards, NOAC, etc...). We do alot, and have ALOT of FUN doing it!

The whole chapter was invited to attend and we welcomed 30 new Brothers to our chapter. We also had 7 Brothers seal their membership and become Brotherhood Honor Members. We all had a great time. Be sure to come out next year !
